Talascend is seeking a HR Coordinator for an opportunity in Rosemont, IL.Essential Functions
Following verbal and written instructions, work with a cross-functional team to:
  • Organize each sites paper I-9s in prescribed manner for further analysis.
  • Conduct research analysis in electronic HR systems to identify opportunities and collaborate with Reyes Holdings Compliance team on problem resolution.
  • Assess and surface compliance questions and issues.
  • Gather metrics for reporting and maintaining documentation as required.
  • Assemble each sites paper I-9s and associated documents in compliance with shipping and vendor requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one (1) year HR or HR Compliance experience.
  • Experience with Form I-9 and E-Verify preferred.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal information in I-9 files.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team with periodic feedback.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience with an I-9 Management system preferred, i.e., Guardian, Equifax
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
