Following verbal and written instructions, work with a cross-functional team to:
- Organize each sites paper I-9s in prescribed manner for further analysis.
- Conduct research analysis in electronic HR systems to identify opportunities and collaborate with Reyes Holdings Compliance team on problem resolution.
- Assess and surface compliance questions and issues.
- Gather metrics for reporting and maintaining documentation as required.
- Assemble each sites paper I-9s and associated documents in compliance with shipping and vendor requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of one (1) year HR or HR Compliance experience.
- Experience with Form I-9 and E-Verify preferred.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal information in I-9 files.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team with periodic feedback.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with an I-9 Management system preferred, i.e., Guardian, Equifax
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
