Duties include, but not limited to: resident support for bathing, shopping, transporting clients to medical or dental appointments or to local businesses, medication supervision, monitoring and meal service and other personal care needs. Performs administrative tasks such as documentation of resident’s daily activities, coordinate care with other team providers. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and families in a respectful manner.Requirements
  • High school graduation or GED preferred
  • Current CPR and Food handler’s cards will be required within 14-days of hire
  • Must be eligible and apply for a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor within 30 days and obtain within 90 days of placement in job, unless a higher credential is held
  • Current Washington state driver’s license
  • Minimum six (6) months experience providing direct care to behavioral health populations preferred
  • Proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $18.33 - $25.22 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
