Position OverviewThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for handling the day-to-day tasks that ensure inventory and shipping operations run smoothly. This includes organizing orders, tracking inventory, and working with suppliers, customers, and delivery carriers (like FedEx or DHL) to solve any issues that arise.Primary Responsibilities
Arrange POS orders by allocating inventory and submitting orders to the warehouse
Maintain accurate inventory levels and records
File claims/refunds as needed for missing or damaged inventory
Batch and upload orders into ERP system
Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve issues that arise
Prepare, review, and reconcile shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
Quote and coordinate shipments via truck, sea, and air
Review carrier invoices
Send timely updates of shipment status and keep related parties abreast of any changes
Create FedEx / DHL labels
Dropbox SKU management
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics or a related role
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong Excel skills, v-lookup, x-lookup, and pivot tables are a plus
Customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics
Experience in inventory management with proficiency in ERP software, NetSuite, is a plus
Associate's degree in a related field is preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available now or in the future)
