- Collaborate with Financial Institution clients to define and document software requirements and customization requests specific to the Signature application
- Analyze and troubleshoot Signature-related issues, coordinating with development, QA, and product teams to implement effective solutions
- Develop detailed business requirements and programming specifications to support enhancements and customizations
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Signature Core during development phases, mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with client needs
- Validate Signature core functionality through testing and support clients with installation, configuration, and deployment
- Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing documentation and streamlining processes related to Signature implementations
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- 4+ years of experience in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and working with development teams to create functional specifications
- Deep Knowledge on loan servicing/processing system
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent military experience
- 4+ years of experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- 4+ years of experience leading, facilitating, and documenting functional processes and dialogue flows
