Responsibilities:Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Kyriba System Consultant with a strong background in core data management and treasury operations. This role will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimization of Kyriba modules including Bank Account Management, Payments, Debt Management, and Liquidity Planning.Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and design Kyriba’s core data and treasury modules, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Configure and manage the Kyriba Payment Hub and Payment Factory, including establishing and maintaining secure connections with banking partners.
  • Integrate Kyriba with boundary systems such as ERP platforms (preferably Oracle Fusion) to support cash forecasting and other financial processes.
  • Design and maintain payment workflows in Kyriba and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounts Payable, Treasury, etc.) to enable straight-through processing (STP).
  • Administer bank statement and payment file formats, including BAI2, SWIFT, ISO 20022 (e.g., camt.053/camt.054) and NACHA.
  • Support the setup and management of financial transactions, including letters of credit and loan agreements.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and queries within Kyriba to support business and operational needs.
  • Configure and support both short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting processes.
  • Manage bank account creation and FBAR reporting through Kyriba’s Bank Account Management module.
Qualifications:Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of Kyriba Implementation experience
  • Proven experience as a Kyriba administrator, with deep functional knowledge of its key treasury modules.
  • Hands-on experience with payment systems and banking interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and reporting within a corporate treasury environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to banking and treasury activities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
The expected hourly pay range for this role is $60.00 - $75.00 USD.
