
Senior Sales Executive, LoopNet Major Accounts

- Develop and implement a comprehensive major account strategy in coordination with the Head of Major Accounts.
- Identify and document key stakeholders across marketing, brokerage, asset management and executive leadership to ensure we know who to engage, how they influence and what motivates them.
- Create and develop relationships with key clients to enhance retention and increase additional sales to those accounts. Constantly seek, share and implement best practices in the sales function.
- Grow account participation and revenue among named Major Accounts by launching centralized advertising agreements or negotiating company-wide MSAs; collaborate with field sales teams to assist in achieving team goals with local offices.
- Represent LoopNet by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in account management, sales, or business development within commercial real estate, digital advertising, or related industries. Preferred experience working with large commercial brokers or owners.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals through consultative sales and account expansion strategies.
- Client-Focused Approach: Strong ability to build relationships, communicate value, and drive results for high-profile clients.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to leverage analytics and performance data to optimize client outcomes and identify growth opportunities.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives and influence decision-makers.
- Education: A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited, not for profit university is essential. Preferably in the field of Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Travel: Travel up to 50% to build relationships, foster trust, enable better communication, and enhance the overall client experience. Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
