W2 OnlyScope of Work:
- Lead due diligence across all indirect contracts and supplier accounts within CS4 and CMOF.
- Identify, scope, and remediate compliance and governance gaps.
- Work through remediation steps to ensure suppliers and engagements achieve SSPA compliance and software approvals where missing.
- Apply working knowledge of contracting processes, vendor onboarding, and supplier governance to ensure alignment with Microsoft policies.
- Coordinate with Procurement, CELA, and Finance for contract and supplier validation.
- Maintain reporting/dashboards and provide regular remediation updates.
- Drive process improvements to ensure ongoing governance and workload balance.
