Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Program Manager - Partnerships to add to our roster. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Partnerships and Pricing, the Program Manager - Partnerships Shared Services Leader, will play a crucial role in overseeing a significant Partnership for the nation's largest regional sports network. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills and a solid understanding of business strategy within the context of sports distribution and streaming platforms.The is a limited-time role serving as leave of absence coverage.The Game Plan:
(What you will do)
  • Serve as the single thread owner of the business-critical Partner Program, formulate, and oversee program plans, and drive delivery against goals.
  • Work extensively with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Comms) and Partner to deliver programs on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
  • Lead strategic/ operational planning for the Partner Program
  • Independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Partner Program and adjacent programs.
  • Create and update documents that track programs across all departments.
  • Effectively prioritize agendas, make trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs, and negotiate resourcing.
  • Proactively identify risks to programs, create process improvements to mitigate, and escalate, as required, while maintaining stakeholder trust.
  • Unblock teams and increase the speed of delivery.
  • Influence key business decisions and senior stakeholders.
  • Present high-quality documents and articulate ideas and decisions to leaders up to the Executive level.

(What to bring)
  • 5+ years of proven experience in strategic program management
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to define project scope, goals, dependencies, and deliverables for key program workstreams, through their entire lifecycle: Planning, production, delivery, and post-project retrospectives.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of sports distribution and streaming platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools
The base salary compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $155,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
