- Represent the company at design and coordination meetings with owners and architects, and make well-informed decisions in the fast-paced construction industry
- Conduct & provide load calculations
- Insuring projects meets local building and mechanical codes
- Designing HVAC systems with other trades
- Utilizing AutoCAD MEP to generate design documents
- Working with project managers to oversee construction
- Collaborate with highly skilled field crews on and off construction sites
- Engineering degree from a 4-year program, EIT (Engineer in Training) is a plus.
- Great Communication skills and visual presence.
- AutoCAD MEP experience required
- Experience working with NavisWorks and/or REVIT a plus
- Technical problem-solving skills

- Experience with energy modeling software a plus
