- Master’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of technical experience. Additional experience may be substituted for education.
- S. citizenship required. An active Secret security clearance is required.
- Relevant command control system experience required within the last 5 years.
- Technical experience in areas related to networked command and control systems, electronic principles applicable to sensors and sensor-fed systems as well as knowledge of system interfaces such as tactical datalinks and communications systems
- Past experience supporting and/or participating in development test and evaluation activities
- Self-motivated expert accepting responsibility for identifying, organizing, coordinating, executing necessary tasks leading to the successful accomplishment of assigned duties.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of an integrated test team.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications as required.
- Experience in AN/TSY-7 system of systems to include AN/TYQ-23A, Multi-Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT) and Tactical Display Framework (TDF)
- Familiarity with Remote Radio Secure Voice System (RRSVS).
- Familiarity with Tactical Operations Center – Light (TOC-L) program
- Experience applying analysis techniques to system requirements, report findings, observations, and deficiencies.
- COMPTIA Security + or similar certification is a plus.
- Plans, executes, and reports on the developmental test and evaluation of mobile command and control systems
- Support the development of strategic test documents such as Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), test team charters and Modeling and Simulation Development Plans as applicable. Participate in review and editing of program support documentation including test directives and annexes, and Statements-of-Capability.
- Support long-range and quick reaction test planning and provide input for cost estimating.
- Review requirements, develop applicable test procedures, test objectives and metrics. Collect and analyze test data in support of test objectives.
- Document deficiencies and anomalies of systems under test and participate in deficiency review boards.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team and to lead and direct the work of others. Participate in working groups and test team planning meetings to determine project testable requirements, required resources (including equipment and personnel), and determine appropriate methods to complete the test effort. Attend meetings to provide technical information on developmental and qualification test activities.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing including communication skills in areas of technical writing, briefings, and formal presentations.
- Must be willing to work extended hours including weekends and holidays when required to meet mission requirements.
- Must be qualified and able to travel to worldwide sites as required.
