- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers across your territory.
- Sales Growth: Promote parts, service, repairs, and preventative maintenance solutions to increase revenue.
- Machine Support: Conduct routine equipment walkarounds and inspections to identify service needs.
- Estimates & Proposals: Prepare clear and accurate quotes for service work and parts packages.
- CRM Documentation: Keep detailed records of machines, contacts, interactions, and opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with service managers, technicians, and equipment sales reps.
- Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for repair needs—sometimes even after hours.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on OEM programs, customer fleets, and support technologies.
- Professional Presence: Represent the company at trade events and in the field with confidence.
- 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience; equipment or service industry preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence in discussing technical topics with customers
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather
