This position may also cover staff vacancies, sick time and vacant staff positions.Schedule: Sunday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Tuesday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (24 hours per week)Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide support and assist individuals with all activities of daily living.
  • Create opportunities and provide support to individuals in making decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.
  • Provide services to individuals according to DPH, CARF and all applicable regulatory standards, and Bridgewell policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and assist individuals with all medical, clinical and financial needs as directed by the Program Manager.
  • Transport individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational and other activities outside the program.
  • Maintain required documentation according to DPH and all applicable regulatory standards.
  • Assist the individuals with accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community.
  • Administer medications according to Lotus House Service Line Procedure, as applicable.
  • Maintain all core training certifications as well as all BSAS required trainings
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience: * Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders or related field is preferred
  • If in recovery, two years minimum sobriety required
Required Skills/Knowledge: * Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience.
  • Basic computer skills.

  • The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
