Responsibilities:
This position works rotating shifts.
Manage and direct the hourly work force.
Supervise the maintenance crafts and coordinate repairs in production areas.
Perform equipment inspections.
Follows up on shift objectives and directs resources to complete timely repairs to equipment.
Documents shift activities.
Prepares reports as required.
Interface effectively with other members of supervision, personnel from other departments, and ISWA personnel.
Responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
2 - 5 years electrical/mechanical experience in a supervisory role.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Hydraulics knowledge and experience preferred.
Former electrical and/or mechanical education preferred.
PAY RANGE: $59,400 - $74,250DISCRETIONARY TARGET BONUS: 12%The Location: Liberty Steel & Wire is based in Peoria, IL.
