The Marketing Manager, Campaign Production leads the strategic design and campaign execution of multi-touch marketing campaigns using tools such as Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sitecore CMS. This role will be responsible for partnering with Regional Marketing, Creative, UX and Analytics teams to plan, scope and execute marketing campaigns and always-on programs.

  • Understands how integrated campaign activities such as digital media, web site personalization, event communications, social media, content marketing, direct mail, email triggers and email blasts can drive key strategic business objectives.
  • Partners with disparate teams to develop a strategy for multi-touch marketing programs
  • Manages a team that is responsible for orchestration of multi-touch, multi-phase campaigns using paid media, email, landing pages, web site personalization, dynamic workflows, and smart lists
  • Collaborates on developing and executing against the customer journey map
  • Ensures that digital marketing programs meet the needs of the customer and the business
  • Ensures that campaign deployment process aligns to RACI, SLAs and timeframes
  • Develops, documents and implements strategic marketing processes to optimize campaign production and business outcomes
  • Partners with the Data Science team to add/edit data fields in to increase automation efforts
  • Ensures quality assurance and validity of marketing programs
  • Recommends changes in the marketing technology stack to promote continuous improvement in business and campaign outcomes
  • Responsible for the management and development of Marketing Campaign Production Specialist role
Competencies and Qualifications:
  • Must be a big thinker with hands-on, get-it-done marketing automation skills to both plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of tools such as; Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo
  • Strong performance marketing skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good financial acumen as related to Marketing ROI
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • University degree (BS/BA or equivalent)
  • MBA or master's degree a plus
  • 7+ years of overall marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management
  • B2B experience is ideal
  • Proven record of delivering successful projects, including managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Proven record of managing direct reports and/or team members across multiple projects/initiatives
  • Energy industry knowledge a plus
  • MS Office skills including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel
