
Sr Learning & Development Operations Specialist

- Drive standardization and operational efficiency within the Learning organization.
- Regularly analyze LMS data to assess learner engagement and program effectiveness.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D initiatives.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner.
- Establish training team’s annual calendar and major project plans. Actively assesses progress and adjusts resourcing & timelines to meet the needs of the business.
- Manage the Learning Management System and other training software that supports the objectives of the business.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of training processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Partner with HRIS and other departments to ensure seamless integration of training systems.
- Manage training vendor partnerships.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in our systems, programs, and processes.
- Continuously improve our HR Field Support processes and outreach to ensure a seamless experience for our Outfitters while maintaining compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in learning and development.
- Able to manage multiple projects, create effective plans and execute.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about complex systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from company leadership, Managers, vendors, and Outfitters.
- Ability to lead effective meetings and presentations to large and small groups.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Able to work with others, collaborate effectively, and build relationships.
- Navigates ambiguity and changing priorities successfully.
- Strong attention to detail, a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
- Able to manage projects, create effective plans and execute.
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years of experience
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience in LMS administration and process improvement, preferably Workday.
