Basil Ford Walden is one of the largest Ford Dealerships in Western New York, with one of the fastest growing service departments in the Northeast. Our Quick Lane is busier than ever, and we're looking for a motivated Quick Lane Foreman to help lead the team, keep operations running smoothly, and deliver the top-notch customer service we're known for.Position: Quick Lane ForemanLocation: 1540 Walden Ave. Cheektowaga, NY 14225Automotive Technician/Mechanic Compensation: Between $70,000 and $90,000 Annually (based on experience)Schedule: Full TimeWhat you'll do:
  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of Quick Lane technicians and advisors.
  • Oversee workflow, ensuring jobs are dispatched efficiently and completed on time.
  • Assist technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain high standards for quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers about repair status and recommendations.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.
What we're looking for:
  • Prior leadership or foreman/lead tech experience in the automotive service department.
  • Strong technical knowledge of maintenance and light repair services.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ford/ASE certifications a plus
  • NYS Inspectors license
  • Valid Driver's License
