PAY RATE: $22/hourWe are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.Job Details:Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)Training period: First shift (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST) for 6–8 weeksPost-training: Second shift (Monday–Thursday, 4:18 PM – 2:48 AM EST) for the remainder of contractIndustry: Aerospace / Defense / AviationBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna)Perks: Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplierOpenings Nationwide: Thousands of opportunities across the U.S.Qualifying Questions:Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?Summary:Perform production assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies (modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, cables) for precision electro-mechanical assembliesWire assemblies and subassembliesConduct skilled soldering operations on micro and subminiature components and partsSupport manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assembliesOperate equipment such as:Laser wire strippersCoax wire processing equipmentAssemble, install, and terminate complex harnesses and assembliesWork from diagrams, drawings, schematics, and operations sheetsRequirements:High School Diploma or GEDExperience with electro-mechanical assemblies and wiring of assemblies/subassembliesSkilled in advanced soldering operationsExperience supporting the manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assembliesProficient in operating laser wire strippers and coax wire processing equipmentAbility to assemble, install, and terminate complex harnesses and assembliesAble to read and interpret diagrams, drawings, schematics, and operations sheetsMust be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).About Us:The Structures Company is a premier national aerospace and defense staffing agency specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
