- Act as a primary contact for potential and new Vanderhall customers.
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and app support inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot customer app and vehicle experience issues, escalating technical concerns when needed.
- Conduct post-interaction surveys via email and phone to measure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to the sales team to improve sales flow and customer engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance Vanderhall's public image and reputation.
- Support the marketing and sales teams in positioning Vanderhall as a trusted, customer-first brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across customer touchpoints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online reputation management, and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Passion for the automotive or powersports industry is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
