- Engaging with targeted, large enterprise prospects to identify suboptimal business processes and related pain points.
- Ascertaining and explaining Anaplan's outstanding ability to solve them.
- Deliver planning function-specific solutions, demos, and messaging.
- At times, building Proof of Concept models tailored to solve prospects' problems.
- Navigating sophisticated prospect environments to facilitate the adoption of the Anaplan solution.
- Cross-training teammates on solution expertise.
- Creating product awareness in the marketplace.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and/or financial planning, ideally within the Finance or Business Services industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a presales, implementation, or practitioner role.
- Familiarity with Financial Close and Consolidation processes is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in multi-dimensional data modeling, business intelligence (BI) tools, and/or analytics solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Self-starter with a strong aptitude for quickly learning Anaplan's Connected Planning platform and articulating its value.
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and co-create a compelling solution vision.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in the Financial Services or Business Services sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
