Product Strategy & Lifecycle ManagementDefine, develop, and manage the full lifecycle of precision metal products (e.g., strip, wire, foil, PV ribbon).Align product strategy with customer needs and industry trends (e.g., aerospace, medical, solar, etc.).Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain teams to deliver customized product solutions.Coordinate new product introductions (NPIs) and support technical troubleshooting or redesigns.Customer & Market FocusServe as the technical and commercial point of contact for key customers.Gather market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.Technical Product ExpertiseUnderstand material properties, alloy behavior, and processing techniques to recommend the right solutions for performance-critical applications.Translate complex customer specifications into manufacturable requirements.Sales Support & Business DevelopmentProvide product training, documentation, and support to the sales team.Assist with quoting, pricing strategies, and customer presentations.Continuous Improvement & InnovationIdentify areas for cost reduction, quality improvement, or product/process innovation.Lead or support initiatives involving advanced metallurgy, coatings, or specialty forming.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
