ARE YOU AN ENERGETIC, POSITIVE PERSON SEEKING A CAREER WITH DOGS? The top-rated dog facility in the Midwest is now hiring permanent part-time canine professionals. Candidates must be motivated, detail-oriented, hard-working dog lovers who can handle plenty of physical labor. Duties include, but are not limited to: letting dogs outside and picking up after them, cleaning, laundry, feeding, administering medications, walking dogs, baths & nail trims, supervising dogs at play, etc.Requirements:
Must love dogs.
Must uphold our high standard of care for the clients and dogs.
Must be at least 18 years old.Shift times are 6:15 am-12:30 pm, 1:50 pm-6:30 pm, and 7:30 pm-11:00 pm.Weekend availability is required. Part-time employees work between 15-30 hours per week and need to be able to work at least one shift both Saturday and Sunday every weekend. All employees must be able to work some holidays, as we are a 365 day/year business.Starting wage until out of training: $11.00/hr. Training typically takes about 2-3 weeks.
Once out of training, wage will increase to $13.10/hr.
At 3 months of employment, you will begin to receive tips from the tip pool collection through your paycheck and be eligible for a performance-based raise. (With tips included, this can bring your pay to between $13.75-15.25/hr total.)
