Hourly Rate: Based on experienceOur client is seeking a Symplr Analyst to join their team.JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly skilled Symplr Analyst to support and enhance our workforce management systems. This role will focus on configuring and optimizing Symplr Workforce modules—specifically Time and Attendance and Scheduling—while managing system integrations through APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to ensure seamless interoperability across platforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Symplr Workforce Time and Attendance and Scheduling modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with operational needs
- Design, implement, and maintain API (Application Programming Interface) integrations between Symplr and other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, ERP)
- Troubleshoot interface issues and ensure data accuracy across connected platforms
- Provide user support, training, and documentation for system processes
- Conduct data validation, reporting, and compliance audits
- Hands-on experience with Symplr Workforce—Time and Attendance and Scheduling modules
- Strong understanding of API (Application Programming Interface) concepts, including data mapping, authentication, and troubleshooting
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, or workforce technology environments preferred
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering on tight timelines
