  • Contract Duration: 12-months
  • Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN
  • Compensation: $41.00 - $56.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the Reporting and Insights Analyst:
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data from diverse sources
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Write efficient SQL and Python queries to extract, transform, and process data
  • Work with MongoDB to query and model NoSQL data for analytics purposes
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing to track product performance and outcomes
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What you’ll bring to the Reporting and Insights Analyst role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and scripting
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
  • Familiarity with backend data sources built in Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot
  • Strong skills in data visualization and BI tool expertise
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment
  • (Preferred) Experience in Agile environments, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or modern data tools (dbt, Airflow)
