+ put the student firstJob Description:A Systems Administrator/Asset Manager works directly with the Director of Systems and other department teams to perform requirements, workflow analysis and systems evaluation for all supported applications. This role is responsible for ensuring that technology infrastructure and asset management practices support the strategic goals of iSchool Virtual Academy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning IT operations with organizational priorities, while fostering a culture that reflects iSVA’s vision, values, and objectives. Attention to detail, effective time management, and a commitment to high-quality work are essential for success in this role.Qualifications:Education/Certification:High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred)Experience
- 1+ Years experience in Application / System Administration.
- 1+ Years experience with computer networks, hardware, and software applications.
- 1+ Years experience using GSuite preferred.
- 2+ Years experience in customer support preferred.
- 1+ Years experience in technology integration initiatives
- Understands the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent and creative problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking to deliver innovative solutions.
- Strong time management and workload skills.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with a consistently positive attitude.
- Streamline/develop processes for various departments/individuals.
- Provide troubleshooting to end users.
- Test new developments and improvements made to software.
- Evaluate, maintain and resolve IS service desk tickets as assgined.
- Issuance of student devices.
- Maintenance of inventory for student devices.
- Requesting payment for broken student devices.
- Basic troubleshooting of student devices.
- Streamline processes for differing departments/individuals.
- All other related duties as assigned.
