Description:Park Village Pines, a faith-based Senior Assisted Living facility, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. We are committed to delivering heart-led care that uplifts and honors those we serve.If you have a heart for service, an eye for detail, and a commitment to safety, we'd love to meet you.Job functions include:In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring that our facility-our residents' home-remains clean, organized, and safe.We are seeking someone who is dependable, compassionate, and ready to serve with excellence to:
  • Clean resident rooms & common spaces on a daily
  • Keep the housekeeping storage room organized and neat
  • Assist with needed deep cleaning throughout the facility
  • Work with maintenance to report, repair, or replace items, equipment, etc.
  • Adhere to all safety precautions and work within safety procedures for all supplies, chemicals, etc.
Work Schedules:This position requires availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.Full-time & Part-time shifts available. Shift hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.Requirements:Job Requirements Include:
  • Ability to read small print on equipment and written instructions
  • Knowledge of proper use and care of cleaning chemicals such as soaps and disinfectants
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Push/pull carts up to 75 lbs
  • Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and climb
  • Stand or walk up to 100% of an 8-hour shift
  • Tolerance to frequent exposure to latex, vinyl, plastic, and other materials used in cleaning and PP
