ResponsibilitiesMajor Job Activities:
- Supports Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Task Order Project Managers in all areas of project delivery, including but not limited to personnel onboarding, training, and tracking; TO travel; and meeting arrangements and facilitation.
- Work is performed with minimal supervision.
- Coordinates and processes installation passes for local subcontractors in support of TO and other access to sites as required.
- Assists with SOFA (700-19) document processing for incoming TDY personnel.
- Assists with travel, lodging, and rental vehicles for TDY personnel.
- Assists with TDY in processing and closeouts.
- Prepares, reviews, and reconciles project invoices.
- Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical and administrative assignments.
- Assists in planning / coordinating customer meetings.
- Supports the preparation of appropriate presentations and compiles / distributes meeting minutes as required.
- Implements projects as assigned; tracks all contract deliverables to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Provides project updates, status reports, and schedules to internal/external customers as assigned.
- Prepares and submits appropriate documentation for customer acceptance of contract deliverables.
- Uses standardized tools and pre-approved processes to support projects / program.
- Creates and tracks purchase orders, as required, to support the procurement and timely delivery of products and services required for each project.
- Ensures BOMs and/or service orders are accurate, approved, placed, and tracked to ensure timely delivery in support of project schedules.
- Creates project folders on the PMO SharePoint for each project and uploads all project documentation to those PMO SharePoint project folders.
- Holds P-Card to purchase miscellaneous products and services while adhering to corporate policies and procedures pertaining to P-Card purchases.
- If required, obtains / retains a USG security clearance at the level required to perform the duties of the position.
- Consistent and reliable attendance required.
QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
- Minimum of 7 years with a High School or Associate Degree.
- Candidates shall possess or be eligible to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret (Tier 3) level clearance.
- Customer interface experience.
- Experience with supporting matrix teams working in multiple locations simultaneously.
- General user capabilities with MS software applications required (primarily Project, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word, and MS Teams or SharePoint).
