This role will be instrumental by connecting day to day business requirements with future Technology. To ensure internal alignment they will work closely with the Operations and Customer Experience groups with a goal of developing an exceptional Integrated Supply Chain. In doing so they will identify goals, implements best practices, and provide leadership to drive positive results.Support SAP implementation projects within Supply Chain to improve overall efficiency through process mapping & Implementation while ensuring a smooth transition.Suggest changes and improvements to project leads using data-driven analysis to support recommendations.Process development to optimize current state considering SAP constraints and capacities.Refining and develop KPIs based on new system capabilities.Develop SAP reports to support Supply Chain processes.Utilize the Fiori apps to help analyze data to make timely business decisions (i.e., Consumption reports to help manage inventory levels)Act as a project manager by defining requirements, identifying/tracking milestones, publishing progress, & supporting actions to implement the future state.Manage master data gathering for material master (semi-finished and finished good) & understanding the impact of data management on the production / order to cash processes.Support master data governance and develop KPIs to ensure data quality for material master.What you need to join our team:Minimum four (4) years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain Planning in industry or consulting required.Proven track record of leading projects in coordination with diverse teams required.Minimum five (5) years of SAP functional knowledge required.Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering required.Master’s Degree preferred.Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.Where you’ll be working:Agropur’s US operations produce 1 billion pounds of quality, award-winning cheese each year.
