This role involves various tasks related to the creation, inspection, and shipment of custom-built products. Depending on the assignment, team members may:Utilize equipment ranging from compact tools to larger machinery in the fabrication processParticipate in hands-on product construction as part of a production teamExamine items to ensure they meet specified standardsModify components to accommodate hardware using precision toolsHandle raw materials, including preparation and transportationOrganize, wrap, and prepare completed goods for dispatchPerform general operational support tasks as neededKeep tools, equipment, and workstations clean and organized, while strictly adhering to safety practicesDesired Background:Prior involvement in a production setting involving wood-based products such as cabinetry or architectural fixturesExperience working in a factory or logistics-related environmentFamiliarity with structural or construction-related materialsAbility to carry out basic measurements and perform straightforward calculations
