- Performing routine inspections of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products
- Conducting sensory evaluations and laboratory tests
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring compliance with quality control procedures
- Identifying and addressing any quality issues or deviations
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation
- Prior experience in quality control and food manufacturing environment preferred
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices
- Experience with BRCGS, SQF, or IFS auditing schemes
- HACCP training and/or a PCQI certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
