The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating menu items according to recipes and standards, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary training is a plus.Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
