We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations at Joe Merchant’s Coffee Shop, our laid-back yet high-energy grab-and-go outlet. This is more than just coffee—it's about creating unforgettable guest experiences with a smile, great service, and a little island attitude.In this role, you'll take ownership of all F&B operations at Joe Merchant’s, from budgeting and inventory to menu development, staff leadership, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, strong operational experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, upscale resort environment—all while embracing the Margaritaville lifestyle.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily operations of Joe Merchant’s Coffee Shop, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance with a positive leadership style.Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relations to ensure efficiency and cost control.Collaborate with culinary teams to update offerings and keep menus fresh and aligned with guest preferences.Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance with resort and brand standards.Monitor budgets and drive sales while maintaining high quality and service standards.What We’re Looking For:Proven F&B management experience in a high-end, high-volume café or quick-service outlet.Strong leadership and team development skills.Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure—flip-flops optional, professionalism required.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, ordering platforms, and inventory management tools.Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Proficient in menu planning and development
  • Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
