Welder/FitterWe’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team! The ideal candidate is experienced in hardwire and flux core welding, blueprint reading, and fitting work. If you’re safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG and flux core welding using various wire types (e.g., .035, .045, .052, 1/16, 3/32)Weld on various material thicknesses and complete multi-pass and large fillet weldsRead and interpret blueprints and weld symbols with accuracyUse weld gauges and measuring tools to ensure precisionPerform stainless steel welding as neededFit components using open table or fixture methodsUtilize heat straightening and common fitter toolsIdentify tolerances and projections (1st and 3rd angle) on technical drawingsWork safely in confined spaces and at heights when requiredPreferred Skills & Experience:Intermediate to expert welding skills with hardwire and flux coreStrong understanding of blueprint reading and weld symbolsExperience with stainless steel weldingAbility to add/subtract fractions and decimalsFamiliarity with heat straightening techniquesNo fear of heights or confined spacesPlease submit a resume for consideration.
