As a Regional Field Program Manager, you will play a key role in advancing medical education by partnering with physician faculty to deliver comprehensive training on the safe and effective use of our therapies. Your efforts will support healthcare providers in achieving optimal patient outcomes while ensuring the consistent execution of high-quality training programs. In this role, you will foster strong relationships with faculty, key opinion leaders (KOL) and Regional Training Centers (RTCs) to maintain excellence in education and collaboration.Our ideal candidate will reside in Minneapolis, working 4 days in the office. We are open to candidates in Memphis, TN and Denver, CO where the additional training centers are located. Travel for this role is 50%.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Plan, execute, and evaluate training and education programs for different levels of healthcare professionals to ensure HCPs are equipped for the safe and effective use of Pelvic Health therapies, aligning with company and customer objectivesBuild and manage strategic relationships with KOLs and HCP faculty, serving as a point of contact to foster collaboration and align on shared goals for medical education and Pelvic HealthLead RTC HCP faculty selection, development and management, fostering strong relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for consulting agreements, payments, and ongoing supportTravel to RTCs to assess program effectiveness, maintain high educational standards, and address evolving education needs in partnership with the local teams & facultyDevelop and implement best practices to standardize training programs across Regional Training Centers (RTCs)Manage program budgets, consulting agreements, faculty payments, and internal approvals to ensure financial accountability and operational efficiencyDesign and develop innovative educational content and curriculum tailored to adult learning principles, maximizing the effectiveness of training programsCollaborate with the meeting planning team to manage program logistics, scheduling and on-site coordination, ensuring seamless operations and impactful deliveryTrack, assess, and report key performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements as neededPartner with Marketing, Medical Education, Compliance, and Sales teams to align on business strategies, ensuring cohesive and impactful education program deliveryEnsures all activities are compliant with Quality System requirementsAct as a resource for leadership and field teams, providing strategic insights and support for physician training initiativesChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion within all educational programs, ensuring representation and accessibilityMust Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in medical education, medical devices, program management, or adult learning/curriculum designDemonstrated experience working with healthcare providers, societies, or academic institutions within the medical device or healthcare industryStrong project and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiativesNice to Have:Experience in urology, urogynecology, or neuromodulation therapiesUnderstanding of adult learning principles and regulatory/compliance standards for HCP interactionsStrong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills across organizational levels and with external stakeholdersPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. PR) locations (USD):$110,400.00 - $165,600.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
