As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Safety National, you’ll play a vital role in enabling data-driven decision making across the organization. Reporting to the Manager of Business Intelligence, you’ll collaborate with business users to gather requirements, validate data, and develop actionable dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI. You’ll also assist with ad-hoc analysis and data validation, helping teams optimize reporting and streamline processes. This intermediate-level role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in analytics who’s ready to make a strategic impact in a collaborative, insight-driven environment.Qualifications:Education:
An Associate’s degree or higher is required.Required Qualifications:
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
  • 1–3 years of relevant business intelligence or analytics experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or other data visualization tools)
  • Experience with data validation and working with business users
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on tasks
  • Ability to conduct requirements gathering and provide insights through ad-hoc analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Limited experience communicating with senior leadership and presenting data findings
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
