This role is essential to ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the business unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial analyses, reports, and budget forecasts, while actively participating in the company’s closing cycles—daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of financial statements, enforcing internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful reporting and cost analysis. This is a hands-on position that offers exposure to a wide range of financial activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP (FI/CO and MM)
  • Experience with One Stream consolidation and reporting tools
  • 4–10 years in a manufacturing controllership role
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX and experience in the automotive industryRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO and MM)
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
  • Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and practices
Position OverviewThe Financial Controller Analyst supports the financial controlling department of the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth operations across the company or business unit. Responsibilities include preparing financial analyses, reports, and budget forecasts, and participating in all closing activities—daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. These include financial forecasts, bridge comparisons, management reporting, account reconciliations, annual audits, and budgeting. The role requires strict adherence to internal control systems and financial reporting policies to prevent inaccuracies and ensure data integrity.Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and reviewing journal entries for month-end close
  • Developing monthly forecasts and review packages (bridges/causals)
  • Conducting project analysis and financial validation (Change Management/CMC)
  • Performing cost accounting and cost center reviews
  • Delivering accurate management reporting on sales, inventory, scrap, and other KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate requirements (Blackline)
- Supporting special projects and other duties as assignedCandidates must be fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship. This position requires little to no travel.
