FITNESS SALES & STUDIO ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER EVENINGS and WEEKENDSAttention: Health, Wellness and Fitness ProfessionalsWe are looking for a driven and hardworking individual to join our team in providing practitioner-assisted stretching to Chattanooga. We are seeking an individual versed in SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MARKETING with Fitness, Exercise Science and/or Anatomy & Physiology background. You will be required to complete training to learn the Stretch Zone® Methodology, a proven course of innovative stretching techniques, as well as our sales process and how to manage and operate the studio.Responsibilities
  • Drive Studio sales/memberships and overall studio operations
  • Conduct local, grass roots marketing and networking
  • Lead and work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • 1+ years of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales. Prefer membership sales in the health, wellness, or fitness industry.
  • College level course work in Anatomy and Physiology. Prefer BS in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
  • Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship.
  • Well organized and self-directed team player
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Schedule
  • 20+ hours per week, Evenings and Weekends
Compensation
  • $15 to $17 per hour base plus commission
  • Monthly bonus opportunities based on studio revenue
