This is accomplished by collaborating with people and their support teams to provide behavior therapy assessments, create individual behavior support/enrichment plans, consult with and provide training for team members, and promoting skills for healthy relationships that help people thrive.Key Responsibilities
Design and oversee person-centered behavior plans targeting socially meaningful goals.
Conduct functional analyses to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
Perform skill assessments and use data to guide effective interventions.
Ensure informed consent and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Monitor progress and communicate outcomes with individuals and their support teams.
Train and coach support teams and caregivers on plan implementation and safety protocols.
Participate in supervision, team initiatives, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
Maintain timely clinical documentation and billing according to DHS and Aspire standards.

Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, or related field.
Level 2 Behavior Therapist certification from Illinois Department of Human Services.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record systems.
Ability to maintain confidential records and interpret professional documentation.
PreferredAdvanced experience in behavior therapy beyond certification requirements.Full-Time Benefits
