- Minimum requirement of at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in enterprise systems implementation, business analysis, or project management with cross-departmental impact.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and enterprise-wide scope.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and data integration methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into operational excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build consensus across departments.
- Skilled at managing vendors, consultants, and interdisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with real-time dashboards, KPI development, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines and adjust to shifting organizational needs.
- Experience in change management, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Ability to be curious and learn from asking questions and listening to others.
- Experience in using personal computers, applications, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Excellent powers of concentration - ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a distracting environment is essential.
- Ability to manage through influence and working successfully within a complex organization to create an effective, efficient culture.
- Good working knowledge of English, grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, etc. with the ability to read and write reports and communication memos.
- Ability to listen actively and to persuade others to accept recommendations.
- Ability to analyze situations, solve problems and deal with a variety of changing situations in a timely manner.
- Able to function effectively under stress and remain calm and collected during emergencies; enjoy working under pressure.
- Ability to be accountable by meeting expectations of being detail oriented, organized, accurate, meeting deadlines and able to prioritize work tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to maintain compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

- Work hours may include a nonstandard workweek, overtime, various shifts and weekend work.
- Must meet hiring qualifications of an acceptable driving record and background verification in accordance with SRTA standards.
- Must have regular attendance and punctuality.
- Must possess valid motor vehicle operator's license that is not under suspension or revocation.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certification preferred.
