Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role develops and executes strategic sales plans to win new business and grow existing customer relationships.Job Duties:Manage territory sales forecast and account plans.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.Prepare account profiles, sales reports, and expense documentation accurately and on time.Collaborate with local and international partners to identify customer needs.Maintain technical knowledge of products, technologies, and services.Represent products at trade shows and through professional presentations.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of capital equipment sales experience, including managing long sales cycles.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Strong organizational, sales, and technical skills.Proficient with sales databases and Microsoft Office.Valid driver’s license.Ability to travel domestically and internationally 50-70%, including occasional weekends. * Management experience is a plus.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
