
Site Account Manager, Southern States USA

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key site-level decision-makers.
- Drive profitable business growth from assigned customer sites.
- Lead account planning and execution, including strategy, budgeting, and sales roadmaps.
- Coordinate all Metso activities at the site, ensuring alignment and visibility across functions.
- Identify and communicate customer needs for both aftermarket and capital equipment opportunities.
- Understand customer operations and articulate Metso's value proposition effectively.
- Maintain and share insights on installed base, performance, and shutdown schedules.
- Support customer satisfaction surveys and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with accounts receivable and payment collections.
- Actively contribute to the MA Key Account/Global Key Account Team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in spares & wears sales/service.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in mining or construction, with knowledge of mineral processing equipment.
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to access industrial sites and lift up to 75 lbs as needed.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).
- Experience with crushing & screening, bulk material handling, pyro processing, or grinding equipment preferred, but not required.
