  • Use predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to visually inspect in-process and completed electronic/electrical assembled products such as Electronic Assemblies,
  • Electrical Cables and Harnesses, Surface Mount and Thru Hole Circuit Card Assemblies
  • Use various measuring devices and testing equipment
  • Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units or systems
  • Work from blueprints, diagrams, customer, regulatory and BAE specifications, drawings or inspection instructions and checklists.
  • Provide feedback in a professional manner to operators pertaining to inspection results

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in electronic quality control, inspection, or testing
  • Basic understanding of electronic principles, including circuit analysis and component identification.
  • Basic understanding of inspection tools
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

  • Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards, such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar
  • Experience with statistical process control, lean manufacturing, or six sigma methodologies
  • IPC-610 and J-STD-001 experience
  • Familiarity with electronic design automation (EDA) tools, such as CAD or CAE software as well as Microsoft Office Suite
