
Inspector IV

- Use predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to visually inspect in-process and completed electronic/electrical assembled products such as Electronic Assemblies,
- Electrical Cables and Harnesses, Surface Mount and Thru Hole Circuit Card Assemblies
- Use various measuring devices and testing equipment
- Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units or systems
- Work from blueprints, diagrams, customer, regulatory and BAE specifications, drawings or inspection instructions and checklists.
- Provide feedback in a professional manner to operators pertaining to inspection results
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in electronic quality control, inspection, or testing
- Basic understanding of electronic principles, including circuit analysis and component identification.
- Basic understanding of inspection tools
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with quality control standards, such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar
- Experience with statistical process control, lean manufacturing, or six sigma methodologies
- IPC-610 and J-STD-001 experience
- Familiarity with electronic design automation (EDA) tools, such as CAD or CAE software as well as Microsoft Office Suite
