Position Highlights:Position: Mental Health Associate ILocation: Naperville, ILFull Time/Part Time: Full TimeShift: 36 Hrs a WeekWhat you will need:Education and/or Experience Required:A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Behavioral Health related field, no previous experience orA Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a non-Behavioral Health related field, a minimum of one year of behavioral health experienceMaintain information as highly confidentialAbility to maintain professional boundaries and willingness to seek supervisionEducation and/or Experience Preferred:Familiarity with medical and psychological terminologySkills in teaching or assisting with activities of daily livingPrior experience with therapeutic limit-setting and milieu managementLicensure and/or Certification Required:A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off-site location.
