- Meet with property owners in person to evaluate opportunities and build rapport.
- Conduct detailed property value assessments and market analysis.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and close deals on-site or locally.
- Work closely with other departments.
- Use MLS, local market data, and boots-on-the-ground knowledge to stay ahead of trends.
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Proven success in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment sales.
- Strong in-person negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the NC & GA real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and travel locally for appointments and property visits.
- Professionalism, persistence, and strong communication skills.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
