- Interest in pursuing a career in mortgage sales and obtaining an NMLS license
- Previous sales experience with prior call center or customer contact experience preferred
- Strong financial acumen with a strong aptitude for numbers
- Strong technical skills with high learning agility for new systems, navigating platforms, and effectively utilizing technologies
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task, self-manage, and self-motivate to drive new business
- Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
