- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/combined education; significant working experience in the following (typically 7+ years):
- Multiple architectures (EIP, SOA, EAI, REST, WCF, EDI, XML, Flat file) and other frameworks.
- Experience modeling business logic and automating business processes using modern middleware integration platforms (e.g., Apache Camel, eQube, TIBCO, MuleSoft)
- IT/Application development
- Collaborating with project management to identify user requirements and specifications.

- Knowledge of ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and Software Engineering concepts, and frameworks like Apache Camel, MuleSoft, or TIBCO.
- Experience in Java, SpringBoot, Camel, and OpenShift is highly desired.
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration (GitLab, Helm) for scalable deployments.
- Experience with programming in languages like Java and DSL (XML, Java) is highly desirable.
- Experience with markup technologies (XML, XPATH, XQUERY, XSLT)
- Experience with API security, authentication, identity management, traffic management, analytics, and performance management and testing tools for APIs.
- Experience with cloud-native deployment patterns and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, excellent cross-functional team collaboration, and effective communication.
