
Automation Maintenance Supervisor

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Automation Maintenance Technicians
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
- Ensure 100% uptime and optimal performance of all automation systems, including: Dock Scanners, Box Cutters, Vision Tunnels, Omni Links, Auto Baggers, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and RF Equipment
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Serve as the site lead for automation technology deployment and enhancement
- Coordinate and manage projects such as: USBC connection on FAL2 for iPhone utilization, Installation and transition of new Dock Scan and Box Cutter systems, Deployment of new receiving stations and dunnage conveyors, and Installation of Lean Repair lines for AT&T remanufacturing
- Collaborate with Facilities to ensure infrastructure readiness (power, data, air)
- Continuously improve deployed technologies to increase Units Per Hour (UPH) and reduce Cost Per Unit (CPU)
- Enforce 5S standards to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Manage spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted operations
- Proven experience in automation maintenance or industrial engineering leadership
- Strong knowledge of automation systems and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams
- Expertise in preventive and reactive maintenance strategies
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and advanced automation technologies
- Background in electronics, mechatronics, or industrial automation
- Familiarity with remanufacturing processes
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
