Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care
  • Supervise, develop, and support nursing staff and leaders
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and executive leadership
  • Drive nursing performance, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction
  • Support recruitment and retention of clinical staff with corporate resources
Qualifications
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience required; Master’s preferred
  • At least 6 years of RN experience; 10+ preferred
  • 3+ years in progressive nursing leadership or administrative roles
  • 2+ years of inpatient psychiatric RN experience required
  • CNO or DON experience in a freestanding psychiatric facility strongly preferred
  • CPR and restraint/de-escalation training (or willingness to complete upon hire)
