
Team Lead - Rehab Therapy

- Maintain a minimum of 15 active Travelers on your personal desk.
- Achieve a target of 20 Travelers onboarded over a designated time period.
- Provide coaching and day-to-day support to Junior and Senior Recruiters through training, shadowing, and performance feedback.
- Address team member concerns promptly and effectively to foster a productive, positive work environment.
- Educate recruiters on effective candidate sourcing, selling, and closing strategies.
- Consistently exceed daily and weekly KPIs for team and individual performance metrics.
- Source and recruit qualified rehab therapy professionals using job boards, CRM tools, and outbound communication strategies.
- Match candidates with opportunities that align with their licensure, skills, and preferences.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with travel therapy professionals.
- Uphold OneStaff Medical’s reputation and core values in all interactions.
- Keep internal systems updated with accurate candidate information, availability, and touchpoints.
- Use consultative selling techniques to uncover candidate needs and secure long-term engagements.
- Educate candidates about market trends, compensation, and licensing processes to set realistic expectations and foster trust.
- Demonstrate urgency and follow-through to move candidates swiftly through the hiring and onboarding process.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience in recruiting or staffing within the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership abilities and a track record of mentoring or managing team members.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM or ATS software.
- Energetic, motivated, and coachable team player with a self-starter mentality.
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Ability to lead by example while consistently meeting or exceeding personal metrics.
