Status: Full Time (Temp to Hire)Work Type: In personShift: 1st Shift 6am-2:30pmPay: $19-20+/hrJob Summary:Join a precision-driven manufacturing team in Rogers, MN! Our client specializes in short-run metal stamping — from simple brackets to complex assemblies. This is a great opportunity for someone dependable and eager to learn a trade in a well-established and safety-focused facility. As a Machine Operator, you’ll be trained to run a variety of stamping machines and support quality production processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate stamping machines to produce metal components and parts
  • Assist with setting up machines and ensure correct materials are in place
  • Monitor machine output and inspect for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Follow all company safety protocols and work instructions
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic with reliable attendance

  • Willingness to be trained and take direction
  • Successful completion of reference and background check
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
  • Lift and move parts regularly in the 10–15 lb range; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs
