  • Manage complex projects for product, compliance, and customer requests
  • Review, analyze, and track various milestones throughout the release lifecycle
  • Track projects entering and leaving the release & report weekly state of the release to management and PMO
  • Facilitate daily calls to track testing issues and host client implementation review calls
  • Manage the Business Command Center (BCC) during a major release
  • Identify trends and provide updates on projects and teams potentially at risk for releases
What you will need to have:
  • 3+ years of previous project coordination, release management, or project management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an Agile environment
  • 2+ years of experience with tools such as JIRA or MS Project
  • 2+ years of experience with the software development life cycle and release management process
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
  • Industry certifications
  • Big 4 consulting experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate amongst technical and non-technical teams
  • Work independently on releases with minimal direct supervision
